Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Simulatra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Simulatra is a mobile augmented reality application that detects people and animals through the device camera and overlays animated 3D models in real time. All AI inference runs on your device — no camera feed is uploaded to any server.

The current version of the App works without an account: no feature requires you to register, and nothing you do in the App is sent to our servers.

Accounts will be introduced in a later version, for features that depend on our servers — downloading additional 3D model packs and managing a subscription. At that point you will be able to create an account with an email address and a password, and you will be responsible for keeping those credentials secure. You will be able to delete the account at any time, either inside the App or on the Website, and to reset a forgotten password by email.

Simulatra is currently free to use with all models and features available at no cost. In future versions, we may introduce premium tiers:

• Free: All models, all detection modes, video capture — no restrictions.
• Pro (planned for v2): Premium models, priority support, and additional features via subscription.
• Individual Models (planned for v2): One-time purchases of specific 3D models.

When premium features are introduced, all payments will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds will be handled by the respective store.

Videos created with Simulatra are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your content. You are solely responsible for any content you create and share.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Redistribute or sublicense the App or its 3D models
• Circumvent any technical protection measures
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive

All 3D models, code, designs, and trademarks in Simulatra are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription or purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the content within the App only.

The App is built with the Unity® engine from Unity Technologies. Simulatra was made with Unity®. Unity is a trademark or registered trademark of Unity Technologies. Copyright © 2005–2026 Unity Technologies. All rights reserved. Use of the Unity Runtime is subject to the Unity Terms of Service.

Body, face, and hand tracking features use MediaPipe technology from Google LLC. MediaPipe and related components are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. AR tracking accuracy depends on device hardware and environmental conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
